This place is great. Especially for the price. We have tried 7 other ramen restaurants and this was the best

This restaurant flavors are more American/Japanese fused vs. Authentic Japanese flavors. If you are on this side of town, don't be shy to stop by this classic establishment. Super clean, interior design is from the 90's, small sq.ft., clean tables and chairs, on this visit the host was warm and hospitable not just to A&E but to all the other tables.
The ramen is available in a variety of flavors and the bowls of rice in a choice of meats. The flavors were average, the noodles were chewy good but the broth and meat were not great quality, missing flavors.
Final thought, not the establishment for Ramen seekers but better than some of the other places nearby.

Oh man...my love for this place is so strong. For such a tiny restaurant it sure packs in a lot of flavor into every order! The food is delicious, the owner is incredibly helpful and kind, and the restaurant is always so clean and pristine.
The portions are perfect, and so are the prices. You might accidently drive past Ginza while looking for it since it is a rather small restaurant, so keep your eyes peeled once you're in the vicinity of Hoover High School. Ginza is not only among my favorite Japanese restaurants, but among my favorite restaurants overall. Just writing this review is making me hungry all over again...
Eating here is an absolute pleasure - please stop by if you're looking for quality Japanese food at a reasonable price in a laid-back environment. Enjoy! -

I tried this place on a whim and it was the best decision ever!!! I'm so sad to see that not a lot of people have tried this place. It doesn't seem to be as popular and well known as other local teriyaki places in town which is so disappointing.
First off, the owner is wonderful! Super nice and friendly. She welcomed me right as I stepped in and was very respectful and thankful. She made me feel important and acknowledged as opposed to just "another customer".
The food came out pretty fast. I only had to wait 25 minutes. Everything was fresh. I ordered the crispy spicy chicken and it was so delicious!!!! And then I tried the salad with their original house dressing and it was so tasty!! Creamy but light. I don't know what they put it in but it's very good and different from other places.
All in all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning again and again! This place has won me over from the outstanding customer service to the yummy food and clean dining area. Great hidden gem!
PS. I added extra pepper flakes to mines. Don't worry, it's not that spicy.
